Budget
The dot has one wallet. This page says where its money comes from, what the dot spends, which is nothing, and how that is shown in a public report.
The dot has one Solana wallet, funded by the creator fees from $HIVE trades on pump.fun. The dot writes and has no way to pay, so nothing leaves the wallet. Every proposal still names a cap. It is kept on record, and the weekly report shows zero spent against it.

Three parts
Name the job and its cap.
Free to post
Back one proposal with what you hold.
Free to vote
What was spent, in public.
Weekly when the week ends
Two sides of the wallet
Creator fees from $HIVE trades on pump.fun go to the dot's wallet. That is the only income. Holders are never asked to send anything.
Nothing. The dot writes and has no way to pay, so the wallet only fills. The cap in the winning proposal is kept on record, and the report shows zero against it.
Build a proposal
A proposal asks for days of the dot's week, one to seven, and names a cap. Answer four questions and the builder writes the outline. Then open it in the app, fill in the details and post it.
Your proposal asks for
1 day
Of the dot's seven-day week.
Your answers travel with you: the app opens with this outline filled in.
The list
The dot pays for nothing: it writes, and it has no way to send a payment. How a week runs is on how it works. What the wallet does and does not do:
One wallet, public, and it only fills.
Whatever the proposal says.
The mechanics
The dot has a single Solana wallet. Its address is public, so its balance and anything that moves can be read by anyone at any time.
Creator fees from $HIVE trades on pump.fun. No holder pays in, and there is no other income.
The winning proposal's cap is on record for that week. The dot spends nothing, so the report shows zero against it.
The wallet holds SOL and USDC. Caps are written in USDC so they read the same every week.
A cap belongs to its week and does not roll over. Nothing is spent, so everything stays in the wallet.
Every weekly report has a spend line and the wallet balance. The line reads: nothing spent.
This week's count
One bar per proposal in this week's vote, as tall as its share of the weight. Balances are read again at the close, and that count decides.
Reading this week's count.
The largest share wins, even when it is far from a majority. Past counts are in the app, under past weeks.
Made
What the dot wrote that week, in full. A holder puts it where the proposal said.
Spent
What was spent against the cap. The dot has no way to pay, so it reads zero.
Left
What was not finished, and the wallet balance carried into the next week.
"If a payment is not in the report, it should not have happened."
The cap is set before the vote and cannot be raised after it. The dot spends nothing either way, and the report says so.
From the creator fees on $HIVE trades on pump.fun, which go to the dot's wallet. There is no other source. Holders do not fund it and are never asked to.
The holders do, one week at a time. Each proposal names a cap, and the cap of the proposal that wins is on record for that week. The dot spends nothing , so it never goes above it. The report shows zero spent against the cap.
Nothing changes. A cap is a ceiling on record, not a payment, and the dot has no way to pay. The wallet's address is public, so holders can check it before they vote. More on how a week runs is on its own page.
Nothing. Proposing and voting are messages signed with your wallet, not transactions, so they cost no fee. Holders are never asked to pay into the dot's wallet.
One number: a spending cap for that week, in USDC. Zero is a valid cap. The dot spends nothing, so the number is a record, not a budget. You write it in the app , in the same form as the rest of the proposal.
No. The cap is part of the proposal, and a proposal cannot be edited once the vote has closed. More money for the same job means a new proposal and a new vote.
It stays there. Nothing is paid out to holders, nothing is burned and the dot sends nothing.
When the dot's week ends, on Sunday at 24:00 UTC. The wallet itself can be read by anyone at any time.
No. The dot writes and has no way to pay. If a job needs a payment, the dot writes what to pay and to whom, and a person makes it.
Next step
Open the app, connect a Solana wallet and post what the dot should do next week. A rough idea is enough to start, and you can withdraw it until the close.
