Few rules. All public.
HIVE runs on a short list of rules. They are the same for every holder and they do not change in the middle of a week. Each one fits on a line.
The list is short on purpose. If something is not written here, the dot does not do it: it does not trade $HIVE, it does not take instructions in private, and it does not spend: it has no way to pay.
